Every sign is fabricated at our Brooklyn workshop on West 8th Street. We use commercial-grade aluminum, acrylic, LED modules and printed vinyl - the same materials used by the larger sign companies, with a smaller turnaround time because the workshop and the front-office are the same team.
Installation is included in the price for Brooklyn, with separate quotes for Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. If you would rather pick up at our shop and self-install, we will pack everything with mounting hardware and instructions.
Permits, drawings and revisions
Most exterior storefront signs in NYC require a Department of Buildings permit. We can prepare the permit drawings, file on your behalf, and coordinate the inspection - add the permit option when you check out, or message us in chat to ask whether your specific sign needs one.
Design proofs are emailed before fabrication starts. You can ask for as many revisions as you need until you are happy - we will not start cutting metal until you sign off.
