Every sign is fabricated at our Brooklyn workshop on Liberty Avenue. We use commercial-grade aluminum, acrylic, LED modules and printed vinyl - the same materials used by the larger sign companies, with a smaller turnaround time because the workshop and the front-office are the same team.
Installation is an optional add-on you pick in the configurator. Brooklyn rates are shown up front; Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island are confirmed by your manager. Or pick up at our shop and self-install - we pack everything with mounting hardware and instructions.
Permits, drawings and revisions
Most exterior storefront signs in NYC require a Department of Buildings permit. We do not file permits ourselves yet - that service is coming soon. What we do now: give you the technical documents for your sign (dimensions, materials, weight, mounting and electrical specs) for your licensed filer, and tell you in chat whether your specific sign is likely to need a permit.
Design proofs are emailed before fabrication starts. You can ask for as many revisions as you need until you are happy - we will not start cutting metal until you sign off.
