Most signs are made in our Brooklyn workshop within 2-4 weeks of design approval and payment. Window vinyl, flat signs and A-frame boards are often ready sooner. Need it faster? A shorter timeline is possible - agree it with your manager.

Most exterior storefront signs in New York City need a Department of Buildings permit. We don't file permits ourselves yet - that service is coming soon. For now we give you the technical documents for your sign (dimensions, materials, weight, mounting and electrical specs) to hand to your licensed filer. Interior signs and window vinyl usually don't need one.

Yes, as an optional add-on. We install across all five NYC boroughs - Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Installation is priced separately: you see the Brooklyn rate in the configurator, and other boroughs are confirmed after a quick review. You can also pick your sign up at our Brooklyn shop - choose installation or pickup right in the configurator.

Yes, to a ready power point: our installers connect the sign to an existing outlet or wire run that is no more than 4 ft from the sign. If there is no dedicated wire for the sign, you hire a licensed electrician to bring one there first - we can tell you exactly where it needs to be.

We fabricate with aluminum, acrylic, LED modules, PVC and ACM panels. Channel letters use aluminum returns with acrylic faces. LED neon flex signs are coming soon - we're upgrading our equipment. Every other option is selectable in the configurator with live pricing.

Yes. Every sign carries a 2-year warranty covering materials, workmanship and LED components. If anything fails under normal use within that period, we repair or replace it. Damage caused by installation done by someone other than SignBro is not covered.

It depends on size, sign type, lighting and materials. The configurator and the AI Sign Designer show an instant itemised price as you design - no waiting for a quote. Each sign type shows a real starting price; installation is its own line (pickup or install), and sales tax is added at checkout.

Yes - free of charge until we start fabrication, that is, before we cut material or program LEDs for your order. Any deposit you paid is refunded in full. Once production has started the sign is made only for you, so the order can no longer be refunded.

We accept secure online card payment through Stripe, plus cash, check or bank transfer in shop. At checkout you can pay in full, choose a 50% or 75% deposit, or pay at the shop. If you pay a deposit, the balance is due when your sign is finished, before delivery, installation or pickup - pay it from your account or at the shop.
